For me working on a Chromebook locally stored databases are not very useful. I have about 4-5 Gb free on it. Plus the fact I want something that works without a lot of heavy lifting before it works. But I see your point and one reason I'm still using Evernote is the big database I have there going back to the beginning kn 2008. And I doesn't want to loose that information.
